Product Design
Sprint

We find solutions through an integrated design thinking approach. Design Sprint helps with coming up with new ideas, making a prototype, validating a product idea

A pilot study to surpass your product

Design Sprint was pioneered by Google Ventures. It is a pilot study to create a user-tested prototype within 5 days while minimizing risks.

We, at Ranolia Ventures, feel that a design sprint approach is essential to the creation of any digital product. Following this process, we've started several end-to-end projects and seen tangible outcomes.

#

Empathy

Our company's ideals are based on empathy. We see the world through the eyes of our consumers in order to gain a personal understanding of their difficulties. We constantly seek to broaden our perspectives and feel that facing major difficulties requires a holistic approach.

#

Creativity

We place a high value on creativity. Each member of the project team thinks for themselves and offers suggestions that are valued and always taken into account. We uncover new insights and arrive at a synergistic perspective through a series of creative exercises.

#

Practicality

To arrive at potentially viable solutions, we believe in reason and logic. And we do so by conducting extensive research, testing, and strictly adhering to qualitative and quantitative metrics at all times.

We've realized the many advantages of Design Thinking and don't just use it in our Design Sprints anymore. This comprehensive approach aids in the facilitation of other aspects of the growth process.

5 Day - 5 Phase Plan

Months of designing, prototyping, and testing are completed in a few days during a Design Sprint to validate assumptions and identify process gaps.

A five-day Product Design Sprint is a five-phase brainstorming exercise. The ultimate goal is to turn a concept into a working prototype. This ensures success at the end of the development phase by providing clarity to the entire team.

#

Mondays For Mapping

Our top priorities are knowledge sharing and building a common understanding. The first step in the development process is to lay a solid foundation for the project team. Mondays are for improving your problem understanding and charting the problem regions. We discover and learn more about your company, clientele, and value proposition as a team, and then work together to achieve the main goal. As a result of the discussion, the sprint's roadmap is effective. By the end of Monday, we'll have not only identified all of the potential risks and assumptions but also devised a strategy for mitigating them.

#

Tuesdays For Targeting Potentially Viable Solutions

The goal for the second day is to turn abstract concepts into tangible ideas that will function as the prototype's building blocks. On Tuesdays, we go over old ideas, seek inspiration, and get insights into how to create new solutions. We draw precise ideas on paper and discover all possible viable solutions at the end of the day, thanks to brainstorming sessions and a series of creative exercises.

#

Wednesdays For Weighing On The Storyboard

It's time to look at the prospective solutions after mapping out a variety of concepts in the previous two steps. Wednesdays are dedicated to determining which concepts are viable and which are not. We evaluate each solution while keeping the main goal in mind. We arrive at a final answer that will be built into a prototype through systematic decision-making processes. We'll have a realistic storyboard in place by the end of Wednesday, which will serve as a guide for developing the prototype.

#

Thursdays For Turning Storyboard Into A Tangible Prototype

Our top priorities are knowledge sharing and building a common understanding. The fourth phase involves transforming previously created concepts, sketches, and plans into a physical prototype that can be tested with real people. So, on Thursdays, we gather the necessary tools and construct a nearly realistic facade in order to proceed to the next level.

#

Fridays For Finalizing a Working Prototype

The prototype is tested with real and existing consumers to provide input, which is the first and last part of the design sprint process. Before you begin constructing a real product, you must first validate your solutions. So we learn how the user interacts with the prototype on Fridays and filter out what works and what doesn't.

Why Design Sprint

We know the difference between must-have and just-for-show features. We are a web and mobile app development company that knows what features should be included.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Design Sprint approach?
The objective of a Design Sprint is to validate prospective solutions with real consumers in just a few days. Ideas are exchanged, solutions are outlined, and by the end of the week, a clickable prototype has been produced. To identify answers to the most pressing questions, use the comprehend, diverge, converge, prototype, and test method.
When is it ideal to conduct a Design Sprint?
When you have a basic idea for an innovative product in mind or an existing product on the market that you want to improve by identifying pain areas, or you want to go beyond key functions and tap into new features to enrich your product, a Design Sprint is appropriate. A Design Sprint is a great way for startups and businesses to analyze process gaps and overcome bottlenecks.
How many people participate in a Design Sprint?
To organize a successful Design Sprint, you must first assemble the correct team. Because Sprint is a group brainstorming workshop, a cross-functional team is essential (a team that represents everyone). All of the essential executives are represented on a Sprint team: the Product Manager, Tech Lead, Design Strategists, Facilitator, and Decider. In a Design Sprint, a Decider makes the majority of the decisions.
Is it necessary for everyone to be present in a Design Sprint?
When all of the key executives engage and provide their unique perspectives, the Design Sprint becomes a collaborative activity that creates maximum value. To arrive at probable answers, a number of innovative brainstorming sessions are undertaken over the course of five days. Everyone must be present in the Sprint to contribute to the overall effort, but the Decider is the only person who must be there on all five days. A Decider is the one who has the most say in important things and makes the most important decisions in the Sprint.
How is a Design Sprint different from a Scoping Session?
A scoping meeting is the first meeting where the project plan is established and the scope of the project is evaluated. A clickable prototype is created quickly in a Design Sprint to confirm assumptions with users and watch how the user interacts with the product. A Design Sprint is held to gather user feedback, and a scoping session is held to define the project's scope.
